Holy Listening Retreat

Come for this time of deep listening for the movements of God’s Spirit in our lives through group spiritual direction. Powerful whether you are in transition or need a spiritual 100,000 mile check, group spiritual direction gives each participant an opportunity to speak and be heard about their spiritual journey as all prayerfully receive. Those listening share what they hear which might speak to the Spirit’s movement.
Interwoven with periods of silent prayer, chanting and pondering scripture, this is an opportunity to touch in deeply with the presence of God in our lives through our own and others’ experience. Bring a journal. This retreat is limited to 8 participants.

Sr. Elizabeth is deeply honored to have been accompanying people in their faith journeys for 25 years through retreat leadership, teaching spiritual practices and spiritual direction. Co-founder of the Companions of Mary the Apostle, an ecumenical religious community for people of all genders, Elizabeth is also an Episcopal priest of 30 years. She came to ministry through waking up to the deep need of God’s life-giving love and presence—her own and others. Nothing delights her more than being with people as they encounter the Divine in their lives and the world.
